I was looking for a center column fix for my Manfrotto 719B tripod - I needed to use a conventional ball head instead to the standard head that came with the tripod. Ian at Manfrotto Spares went out of his way to find me an alternate type column - just what I was looking for. The service was excellent and the price very reasonable. I couldn't recommend them enough.
